Interstate Farm ltd is based and registered in Tanzania since November 2016 As an agro-business company. Inter State Farm provides comprehensive business solutions to smallholder coffee-farmers in Tanzania by ensuring that they use modern production methods and support them with farming inputs so that they increase coffee returns and ensure the best quality of coffee. The company specifically aim at ensuring there is fair value along whole coffee supply chain from the farm to the final coffee consumer. Transparent is the key at all level of the supply chain which enable farmers to get the fair value of their produces which the company buys some in an open and fair agreement with the farmers then coffee beans are processed, packed for distribution/sales within the country.

We have established a sustainable farmer-owned business model to benefit smallholder producers through training them in good coffee production practices [quality farm management practices such as advanced soil management techniques, and identifying disease resistant trees among others]. The company also provide general life skills training and entrepreneurship training to the farmers to that they can be able expand and diversify investments through the revenue they get from coffee farming.

Currently we have a coffee roasting and packaging factory in Mbinga district – Ruvuma. Mpola Halisi it’s our main product which is currently being sold locally and exported which is both Ground and Beans. Green beans are sold in bulk.
